[_el-eskizo_]-break rules

Hello! I played on TKTD Karkand and [_el-eskizo_] was breaking rules. He: Bunny hopping, dolphing diving, use orange words, base raping, use offensive language and talking that I and my friend are cheaters. And i have got screen shoot with offensive language.

And he told that he is "vip"
